Mediation Conflict Resolution
We help parties involved in family, civil, adult, or workplace conflicts to come together with a Mediator to resolve their differences voluntarily in a respectful, and agreeable manner without an attorney or court involvement if they choose to do so. Their agreement is written up, and binding only if it is signed by all parties. Each person receives a copy, and this document is filed with the courts.
TIME: 2 hrs. minimum (with a minimum of 2 parties, the plaintiff and the respondent)
FEE: $250 Per Hour (Fee is split equally between parties of two)
*Time can be longer depending on whether the parties reach an agreement to settle or go to court.*

Family/General
Civil
is mediation for a family parenting agreement between a divorced or unmarried couple, child-support discussion not included.
is voluntary or court-ordered mediation over a monetary dispute, whether rents, loans, personal items of value, etc. The victim wants to be made whole.
Workplace
Conflict
is a constructive conversation between people in conflict facilitated by a neutral third person, that provides participants an opportunity to collaboratively design creative solutions to workplace conflict and repair professional relationships.
Adult Victim
Offenders
is the victim and the offender coming together in a safe setting to engage in a mediated discussion of the crime, holding the offenders directly accountable for their behavior, learning the full impact of their actions, and developing plans for making amends to the person or persons they violated. The second goal is to foster a sense of empowerment for the victim.
